Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We set the whole thing up. If you can send us your price list, you can have a SpikeAI assistant. There is one small line of code for your website, and we will add it for you if you would rather.
How does it know about my business?
We fill it with your own information first: your website pages, your documents, your brochures, your prices and your FAQs. Every answer then reflects your real services, prices and policies. You can change any of it later from your dashboard, and the change is live straight away.
Which websites does it work on?

Is my data secure and GDPR friendly?
Yes. Your assistant can only say what is in its knowledge base, so anything you have not put in there is simply not available to it. Logging in needs a second step as well as a password, your assistant is locked to your own website, and your information is never shared or used for anyone else.

What does the setup fee actually pay for?
An assistant is only as good as what it knows. To answer your customers accurately it has to be properly taught about your business, including your services, prices, policies and the questions people really ask. The setup fee covers us building that knowledge base for you.
Plenty of other services hand you an empty assistant and expect you to train it yourself, which usually leads to patchy answers. Doing it properly up front gives your assistant solid foundations from day one, and you can go in and add to it whenever you like as your business changes.
